STATEMENT OF PURPOSE (SUMMARY)

The Nature of the Service

Libertycare (Home Care Service) Ltd provides a personalised caring service for the elderly, housebound and disabled whereby their quality of life is maintained and extended, enabling them to remain in their own homes with dignity and self respect.

The Registered Manager or Care Manager is available during office hours and a duty manager/responsible person is on call for staff and clients outside normal office hours.  The service is available from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. 365 days a year.

A senior manager will meet new clients prior to the start of the service to agree the range of care services, when they will commence and the times and duration of staff attendance.  If an urgent visit is required, this may be undertaken by an experienced Senior Carer.
