OUR HIGH STANDARDS
We recognise that many of our clients are highly vulnerable and it is therefore essential that we monitor not only our care standards but the care staff who we employ. The monitoring of our staff and services is part of our Quality Management System. This system ensures that we:-
maintain a thorough selection procedure for all our staff; provide on-going training for all our staff; provide a full initial assessment of all our Clients by senior staff; regularly review each Client's care requirements; regularly review our policies and procedures
We employ a Quality Liaison Officer to review client care plans and risk assessments on a 6 monthly basis, even though the Care Standards Act only requires us to do these reviews annually. The Quality Liaison Officer also visits clients regularly to check that our standards are being maintained by our staff and makes recommendations for improvement.
All our staff are fully employed and insured by us and we are fully responsible for their actions.
